Job Title: Career Fair Student Assistant

The Fall 2026 Career Fair will be here soon, and we expect a great employer attendance that could use your assistance in getting to their tables.

We need help during this 2-day event at various times on Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1. You’ll earn $12.00 per hour. 

You can work one or both days at the career fair.  We have many needs throughout the days of the career fair:

• Pre-career fair set-up
• Escorting employers to their tables
• Meal ticket takers
• Student registration 
• Photo booth
• More....

Past student assistants have enjoyed working the day of the career fairs as it is another opportunity to engage with employers.

When we receive your application, we'll send you a sign-up form, so you can select the days/times that work for you and us.  Be sure to only select the times that do not conflict with class or the times you want to attend the career fair to do your own internship and job searching.  You will be expected to work the entire time of the shift that you sign up for.
