Student Pathways to Flourishing in the Health Professions aims to cultivate curiosity, character and leadership in aspiring health professionals.
Students choose the pathway that best aligns with their goals—whether that means graduate school or entering the workforce.
This option allows students to earn both a B.S. in Health Innovation from ºÚÁÏÍø and a master’s degree from MCW in five years.
How it works:
Students who begin in the 4+1 pathway but decide to enter the workforce after earning their bachelor’s degree will receive a graduate certificate from MCW after completing 12 credits of graduate coursework during their senior year.
Students who plan to enter the workforce after completing their bachelor’s degree can pursue career-focused preparation during four years of study at ºÚÁÏÍø.
The Health Innovations degree can prepare students for graduate study in fields such as medicine, anesthesia assistant or pharmacy.
The program is made possible by the generous support of MCW Flourishing, through a transformative investment from the Kern Family Foundation.
